Plaid, Tartan, and Checkered Pillows on Etsy

I'm excited to be partnering with Etsy over the next few months to talk about the many fantastic things you can find on their site and today I'm mad about plaid.

I love plaid patterns year round but during fall and winter, they just help make a house feel extra homey. And when it comes to decorating, pillows are a relatively inexpensive yet effective way to set the tone.

Colour Trends for the Holidays 2019

I thought it would be fun to look at these essentials of holiday decor in terms of colour trends. Elle Decor had predictions on the color trends dominating in 2019 and I've rounded up plaid pillows that incorporate these trends.

I've noticed that people are getting more adventurous with their decorating color schemes.  Any of these schemes would work right now in fall and you can make them last well into the holidays just by adding ornaments and other accessories to coordinate.
